"Thanks for the letter.  This was my first Harley and I had heard some negative things about Rocky's. I can honestly say that I was treated like I was your most important customer.  Amanda was my sales person and top notch service in everything.  The bike was delivered late and no matter how many times I called to inquire she never got frustrated with me.  When it came in she knew how hungry I was and my bike was one of two to be ready that day.  As it was being finished she surprised my wife and I with a gift.  Fantastic surprise and very heart-felt.  I can't say enough about Amanda.  She was fantastic and I would deal with her again in a minute.  I think your store is great with wonderful service and items for sale.  I purchased an item that became defective so I inquired about the warranty and it was replaced on the spot.  No hassles.  Another great job.  I have had only one minor problem with the bike and when I mentioned it to the service department (no appointment), Shawn had it fixed right away and free of charge.  Would I recommend your store?  I have told many people about the great way I have been treated and would encourage future Harley riders to buy from your store.  Your win a Harley night for new buyers was excellant.  Even though I didn't win it was an awesome experience my wife and I both enjoyed.  My apolgies for the long letter but I believe everything I have dealt with in your store has been first class and that is very rare today.  A job very well done."

"The reason I am writing this letter was to let you know how pleased I was with the overall exceptional service that was provided to me ,especially the help and attention from the management, Mr. Jeff Duncan and his staff.  I would like to mention Wayne King, senior salesman, who sold me my bike for the second time.  Lori Burke who always pays special attention in the service department.  Darrell Fisher, Graham, Lou and the rest of the staff in the parts department.  Tammy Mikulic, the delivery coordinator who was very thoughtful in her explaination of the different options I had.  Catharine Lemieux and the rest of the staff in the clothing department are always very helpful, cherful and friendly.  I must not forget to mention the service technicians, such as Lorne, who is very thoughtful and meticulous when servcing my bike.  There are so many people I could mention, the list would go on and on.  Often when I call Rocky's I always get a cheerful and happy greeting from Pat Harild at all times.  In short, everybody has been super.  I must say that's what makes the difference between dealerships.  It's the special attention and dedication they give to each other and every individual customer that keeps me going back over and over again.  I do not hesitate to recommend Rocky's to anyone I meet.  Well, it's almost time to store my bike for winter.  Till the road calls me again."
